Parties involved in a dispute can appoint me as their mediator directly or through a Mediation Institution.
Direct appointment
This approach allows for more flexible and specific mediation in terms of organization and timing, with an even greater focus on confidentiality.

Ad hoc mediation is an effective choice when the decision to mediate has already been agreed upon by the parties.
