Appointment

Parties involved in a dispute can appoint me as their mediator directly or through a Mediation Institution.

Direct appointment

This approach allows for more flexible and specific mediation in terms of organization and timing, with an even greater focus on confidentiality.

Ad hoc mediation is an effective choice when the decision to mediate has already been agreed upon by the parties.

Mediation Institutions

Alternatively, you may choose to engage me through
Mediation Institutions. With their set of transparent rules, they will support the administrative aspects of the procedure and provide effectiveness and guidance.

As a member of the Panels of Neutrals of
some of the best International Mediation Providers covering a vast array of geographical areas and types of dispute, it will be easy to select what suits best to the specific dispute.
